Cette prise en charge globale vous permet de piloter des études de dimensionnement et de faisabilité à forte valeur ajoutée, affirmant ainsi votre statut d'expert technique référent sur des chantiers d'envergure.Vous participez activement à l'analyse technique des dossiers d'adjudication, à la validation des offres et à l'attribution des marchés publics. Cette responsabilité décisionnelle renforce votre maîtrise des aspects économiques du bâtiment et optimise la rentabilité globale des opérations.Vous êtes le garant de l'amélioration continue en transposant et enrichissant les standards internes tout en apportant un soutien méthodologique aux dessinateurs techniques. Votre rôle de transmission valorise votre savoir-faire et vous positionne comme un pilier de la montée en compétences des équipes.Ingénieur HVAC-Sanitaire - Profil recherché :Diplôme d'Ingénieur (Master ou équivalent) associé à une expérience de 3 à 5 ans minimum dans la maîtrise d'œuvre ou le suivi de projets techniques en HVAC-Sanitaire au Luxembourg.Solide maîtrise des études de dimensionnement, du calcul de résistance, de la gestion des fluides ainsi qu'une très bonne appréhension des logiciels de dessin et des outils de gestion de projet.Très bonne pratique du français et de l'allemand, la connaissance du luxembourgeois constituant un atout différenciant sur le marché local.Volonté de s'investir dans une structure offrant une évolution interne constant/ante vers des fonctions à responsabilités accrues (direction de pole ou gestion de projets transversaux).Ingénieur HVAC-Sanitaire - L'offre : Un package salarial attractif pouvant aller jusqu'à € brut par an (selon votre niveau d'expérience), structuré avec un ème mois, des revalorisations récurrentes et des bonus.Un de fonction assorti d'une carte carburant, vous garantissant une mobilité totale sans contrainte financier/ièreUn cadre de vie professionnelle flexible proposant des horaires aménagés un système d'heures récupérables, vous assurant un équilibre idéal entre vie privée et vie professionnelle.
