Dans le cadre du renforcement d'une équipe technique au sein d'un environnement industriel orienté fabrication et assemblage mécanique, nous recherchons un Ingénieur Méthodes & Outillages.Vous intervenez à l'interface entre le bureau d'études et les équipes de production, avec une fonction particulier/ièrement concrète combinant de la conception et du terrain. Vos principales responsabilités sont les suivant/antes :Étudier les besoins des équipes de production et proposer des solutions techniques adaptées aux contraintes de fabrication et d'assemblage.Concevoir en 3D des gabarits, montages, dispositifs et outillages spécifiques destinés à faciliter les différentes étapes de production.Développer des solutions aussi bien pour la réalisation de prototypes que pour des besoins de production récurrente ou en série.Imaginer et concevoir, par exemple, des gabarits destinés au positionnement ou à l'assemblage de structures mécaniques et de châssis.Participer à l'amélioration des postes de travail, notamment afin de rendre certaines opérations de soudage, d'usinage ou d'assemblage plus simples, fiables et ergonomiques.Analyser les méthodes de fabrication existant/antes et identifier des pistes permettant d'améliorer la productivité, la qualité et l'ergonomie.Prendre en compte les contraintes liées à la construction métallique, à l'usinage et à l'assemblage final dans le développement des solutions.Réaliser la conception mécanique et assurer le suivi de la fabrication des équipements et outillages développés.Intégrer, lorsque nécessaire, des composants ou systèmes faisant appel à des principes hydrauliques et pneumatiques.Tester les solutions développées sur le terrain, recueillir les retours des utilisateurs et effectuer les adaptations nécessaires.Apporter un support technique aux équipes de production lors des différentes phases de fabrication et d'assemblage.Collaborer étroitement avec les opérateurs et les différents interlocuteurs techniques afin de transformer les besoins du terrain en solutions mécaniques concrètes et réalisables. ProfilVous êtes titulaire d'une formation technique supérieure en mécanique, électromécanique ou dans une discipline comparable.Vous disposez de bonnes compétences en conception mécanique et modélisation 3D.Vous maîtrisez un logiciel de CAO 3D ; une expérience avec SolidWorks constitue un avantage.Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances des environnements de fabrication mécanique, construction métallique, usinage et/ou assemblage.Vous disposez de notions techniques en hydraulique et pneumatique, vous permettant de les intégrer dans la conception de dispositifs ou d'outillages.Vous appréciez autant le travail de conception en bureau d'études que la présence en atelier et le contact direct avec la production.Vous êtes capable de comprendre une problématique rencontrée par un opérateur et de la traduire en une solution technique simple, robuste et fonctionnelle.Vous faites preuve d'autonomie, de pragmatisme et êtes orienté résultats.Vous appréciez le travail collaboratif et êtes à l'aise dans les échanges avec différents profils techniques.Vous communiquez couramment en français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en anglais.
