Dans ce contexte, nous recherchons un(e) IT Support Officer. Vos missions En tant qu'IT Support Officer, vous contribuerez au bon fonctionnement et à l'amélioration continue de l'environnement informatique de l'entreprise en : Support & Gestion des systèmesSurveillant, évaluant et améliorant en permanence la qualité des processus IT et du service rendu aux utilisateurs.Assurant le maintien en condition opérationnelle des postes de travail et des applications.Déployant les nouvelles versions logicielles ainsi que les composants applicatifs au sein de l'architecture informatique.Gérant efficacement les incidents et problèmes liés aux systèmes d'exploitation et à l'environnement informatique.Administrant les droits d'accès logiques aux différents systèmes d'information de l'organisation.Participant aux réunions et initiatives liées à la sécurité informatique.Maintenant et développant continuellement vos connaissances techniques afin d'améliorer la qualité des services IT.Collaboration & Amélioration continueDéveloppant les relations avec les différents départements IT internes et externes.Apportant votre expertise technique au management lorsque nécessaire.Contribuant à l'image professionnelle et qualitative de l'entreprise.Favorisant l'esprit d'équipe en accompagnant et en soutenant vos collègues au quotidien. Votre profil Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bachelor en informatique ou dans un domaine technologique équivalent.Vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 3 ans en tant qu'IT Support Officer ou dans une fonction similaire, idéalement dans le secteur de la gestion de fortune ou des services financiers.Vous disposez de solides connaissances des environnements Microsoft, notamment ; Windows ; Intune ; Active Directory ; SCCM / MECM ; PowerShell.Vous maîtrisez les fondamentaux des réseaux et de la cybersécurité des postes de travail : TCP/IP ; DNS ; DHCP ; VPN ; Microsoft Defender ; Authentification multifacteur (MFA) ; Solutions d'accès conditionnel.Vous connaissez les outils de collaboration et de gestion tels que Jira et Confluence.Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et possédez un bon niveau d'anglais technique. La connaissance du néerlandais constitue un atout.Vous faites preuve d'un excellent sens des priorités et savez gérer les situations urgentes avec efficacité.Vous êtes orienté(e) service et satisfaction utilisateur.Vous possédez de très bonnes compétences relationnelles et appréciez le travail en équipe.Vous avez une excellente maîtrise de Microsoft .
