Depuis , NSI Luxembourg PSF intervient en tant que fournisseur de services informatiques à valeur ajoutée (développement d'applications Agile, ERP, infrastructure cloud, support, IA, etc.) pour ses clients des secteurs privés et publics.Nous proposons une approche flexible combinant consultance et projets au forfait, afin de répondre précisément aux enjeux de chaque client.Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre équipe de projets internes sur un projet basé à Luxembourg Ville, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Java Developer / Technical Lead parlant français. Vos principales responsabilités :Développement et conception techniqueParticiper à la conception et au développement d'applications Java au sein d'environnements complexes.Contribuer aux choix techniques et à la définition des solutions en collaboration avec les architectes.Développer des solutions robustes, performant/antes, scalables et sécurisées.Mettre en œuvre les design patterns, les bonnes pratiques de développement et les principes d'architecture définis.Participer aux évolutions, migrations et modernisations des applications existant/antes.Leadership et accompagnement techniqueAgir comme référent technique auprès de l'équipe de développement.Accompagner les développeurs dans leurs choix techniques et la résolution de problématiques complexes.Suivre la qualité des développements et réaliser des revues de code.Participer au partage des bonnes pratiques et à la montée en compétences de l'équipe.Collaborer étroitement avec les architectes, analystes et autres parties prenant/antes du projet.Qualité et amélioration continueGarantir la qualité, la maintenabilité et la performance du code.Veiller au respect des standards de développement, normes de sécurité et bonnes pratiques.Promouvoir et appliquer les pratiques de tests telles que le TDD et le BDD.Identifier les axes d'amélioration et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques de développement.Votre profil :Vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience en tant que Developer / Technical lead Java.Titulaire d'un Bac+3 à Bac+5 en Informatique ou équivalent.Maîtrise courant/ante du français et connaissances en anglais.Compétences techniques attenduesBases de données:Modélisation de donnéesPostgreSQL, DB2PL/SQLOptimisation de requêtesLangages & technologiesJava 8, , / Java EETypeScript, Vue, NodeJSCSSXSD, XSLT, XMLWebservicesSOAPRESTOutils & frameworksGit, Maven, Sonar, GitLab, DockerCDI, EJB 3, JPAPrimeVueSWT (préféré) / SWING : Une premier/ière exposition est un atout mais ne constitue pas un pré-requis, une volonté de travailler sur ces technologies ou de monter en compétences est requise.Environnements techniquesWebSphereWindows, Linux, UnixConnaissances réseau & sécuritéSoft skillsEsprit d'analyse et de synthèseSens de l'organisation et capacité d'adaptationAutonomie et esprit d'initiativeExcellentes qualités relationnellesOrientation client et souci constant de la qualitéSi à l'issue du processus de recrutement, votre candidature est retenue, un extrait de votre vous sera demandé.
