Lead Développeur / Team Leader C# - Assurance-vie Votre Mission : En plus de missions de développement : encadrer, animer et coordonner l'équipe de développement dans la réalisation des projets informatiques. Piloter techniquement les développements, garantir la qualité des livrables, assurer le lien entre besoins métiers et réalisation technique, et veiller à l'évolution des compétences de l'équipe. Responsabilités principales : Encadrement & animation de l'équipe Encadrer et motiver les développeurs au quotidien Organiser et animer les rituels d'équipe (daily meetings, rétrospectives, revues de code) Assurer la montée en compétences par coaching, formation et partage de bonnes pratiques Gérer les ressources, la répartition des objectifs et le suivi des livrables Pilotage technique des projets Coordonner les activités de développement avec les PO et Scrum Master Assurer la planification et priorisation des tâches Garantir le respect des délais, de la qualité du code et des standards techniques Suivre l'avancement et remonter les alertes si nécessaire Représenter l'équipe aux comités de pilotage projet Garantie de qualité et pérennité technique Définir et faire respecter les standards de développement et bonnes pratiques Organiser et superviser les revues de code Veiller à la mise en place de tests automatisés et de la documentation technique Piloter les actions d'amélioration continue Lien métier-technique Participer aux ateliers d'analyse et spécifications Contribuer à l'estimation des charges Proposer des solutions techniques adaptées aux besoins métiers Faciliter la communication entre équipes métiers, PM et développeurs Votre expérience professionnelle : Expérience confirmée en assurance-vie au Luxembourg (domaine réglementaire, applicatif, organisation) Maîtrise des techniques de gestion de projet Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des langages : C#, JavaScript/TypeScript Connaissance des frameworks et technologies du SI Maîtrise des méthodologies Agile et DevSecOps Maîtrise des bonnes pratiques (CleanCode, SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI) Connaissance des architectures logicielles, Git, intégration continue Compréhension des principes de sécurité applicative Familiarité avec les outils de gestion de projet (Jira, GitLab, Confluence, etc.) Compétences transversales : Leadership et esprit d'analyse Pédagogie, organisation et rigueur Capacité d'adaptation et esprit collaboratif Maîtrise des langues : français et anglais (écrit et oral) Envoyez votre candidature comprenant une lettre de motivation et un C.V. détaillé à ou contactez-nous directement au + pour plus de renseignements.
