Société établie au Luxembourg spécialisée dans la construction et le œuvre, nous intervenons sur des chantiers variés (maisons individuelles, immeubles résidentiels, réhabilitations). Pour renforcer nos équipes sur le terrain, nous recherchons des Maçons Coffreurs qualifiés, expérimentés et totalement autonome (niveau B2 ou B3). Vos missions principalesSous la responsabilité du conducteur de travaux, vous réaliserez en autonomie les travaux de maçonnerie et de coffrage traditionnel / banché :Coffrage & Ferraillage :Pose et assemblage de coffrages traditionnels (bois) et métalliques (banches).Façonnage, assemblage et pose de l'armature et du ferraillage selon les plans de ferraillage.Coulage, vibrage et lissage du béton pour les fondations, voiles, dalles, poteaux, poutres et escaliers.Maçonnerie traditionnelle :Montage de murs en blocs béton, briques, parpaings et éléments préfabriqués.Élévation de structures dans le respect des aplombs et des niveaux.Organisation & Sécurité :Lecture et interprétation autonome de plans d'exécution et de coffrage.Implantation des ouvrages et tracé des réservations.Respect strict des consignes de sécurité, d'hygiène et des normes de qualité en vigueur sur les chantiers luxembourgeois.Votre profilExpérience : Justifier d'une expérience réussie de 5 ans minimum sur un poste similaire en œuvre / construction au Luxembourg ou en Grande Région.Savoir-faire :Maîtrise parfaite des techniques de coffrage traditionnel et banché.Excellente capacité à lire et analyser les plans d'exécution de manier/ière autonome.Rigueur, précision dans l'exécution et sens des finitions.Conduite mini pelle et la pelle à chenille sur les chantiers serait un plus.Qualités personnelles : Autonomie, esprit d'équipe, ponctualité et sens des responsabilités.Permis & Langues :Permis B et personnel souhaités (pour vous rendre sur les dépôts / chantiers).La maîtrise du français est indispensable (la connaissance du luxembourgeois, de l'allemand ou du portugais est un atout).Ce que nous vous offronsUn contrat CDD dans une entreprise stable et à taille humaine.Une rémunération attractive en fonction de vos compétences, de votre expérience.Équipements de protection individuelle (EPI) et outillage professionnel fournis.Environnement de travail dynamique et chantiers variés.
