Pour accompagner notre forte croissance et propulser nos expertises multimarques B2B, nous cherchons notre futur(e) : Marketing & Digital Specialist (H/F) Ici, pas de cloisonnement : vous aurez la latitude d'un intrapreneur et un accès direct à la CEO et aux décideurs de chaque business line pour concevoir, tester et piloter une stratégie marketing qui impacte. Vos missions clés Stratégie & Brand Management : traduisez nos ambitions business en feuilles de route opérationnelles. AUinez les positionnements, renforcez l'identité de nos marques et pilotez les budgets. Acquisition & Lead Generation : maîtrisez l'art de la conversion. Optimisez le SEO, pilotez vos campagnes Google Ads, concevez des landing pages percutant/antes et orchestrez l'email nurturing. Content & Copywriting : donnez vie à nos marques à travers des formats optimisés (LinkedIn, newsletters, livres blancs, supports commerciaux). Événementiel d'envergure : concevez des expériences B2B mémorables, avec un point d'orgue stratégique, la coordination des ans de RH Lab., le mai . Data, IA & Performance : suivez vos KPI en temps réel (trafic, CAC, ROI). Intégrez l'intelligence artificielle comme un accélérateur de performance (insights, automatisation, personnalisation) sans compromis sur l'exigence qualitative. Votre Profil Expérience : 3 à 5 ans d'expérience réussie en marketing polyvalent, en B2B et secteur des services (Master en marketing/communication apprécié). Expertise Technique : maîtrise avérée de Google Ads (SEA), des outils d'analytics, de Canva/suite Adobe, de WordPress et des outils d'IA appliqués au marketing. Soft Skills : vision stratégique alliée à un sens aigu du delivery. Autonome, audacieux(se) et doté(e) d'excellentes capacités rédactionnelles.
