Si vous souhaitez vous investir durablement dans des projets concrets qui façonnent le paysage urbain du Grand-Duché, cette opportunité est faite pour vous.Vos Missions et votre ImpactEn tant que véritable pivot central du département, vous bénéficierez d'une grande autonomie sur les missions suivant/antes :Gestion de A à Z des ventes : Pilotage complet du cycle immobilier, de la préparation des compromis et contrats de réservation jusqu'à la signature des actes notariés.Coordination stratégique : Liaison proactive avec les études notariales et les partenaires externes pour assurer une fluidité totale dans les processus de signature.Conformité et risques : Supervision et contrôle rigoureux des obligations AML/KYC pour l'ensemble des dossiers de vente.Modernisation du service : Contribution active à la digitalisation des processus internes et à la structuration de l'archivage juridique.Mentorat : Accompagnement et coaching d'un(e) assistant(e) , renforçant ainsi la cohésion d'équipe et la continuité du service.Votre ProfilExpérience : Vous justifiez d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience, idéalement acquise en étude notariale (clerc de notaire), chez un promoteur immobilier ou au sein d'une fiduciaire spécialisée.Expertise technique : Vous possédez une excellente maîtrise des procédures de vente immobilier/ière au Luxembourg et des mécanismes de Due Diligence (Compliance/AML).Savoir-être : Autonome et rigoureux(se), vous êtes capable de gérer des dossiers complexes avec un grand sens du détail tout en démontrant un excellent esprit d'équipe.Langues : Une maîtrise parfaite du français est requise.
