Dans le cadre de l'évolution de ses méthodes industrielles et de ses outils numériques, notre client recherche un Process Engineer afin de contribuer à l'amélioration des processus liés à la préparation et à la planification de la production.À l'interface entre les métiers industriels et les systèmes d'information, vous participez à la structuration des processus, à l'évolution des solutions digitales et à la fiabilisation des données utilisées pour piloter les opérations. FonctionÉtudier les méthodes actuellement utilisées pour préparer, organiser et planifier les activités de production.Identifier les possibilités d'amélioration et contribuer à la simplification, à la standardisation et à la digitalisation des processus industriels.Recueillir les besoins des utilisateurs et les convertir en exigences fonctionnelles pour faire évoluer les outils informatiques.Formaliser les besoins métiers et rédiger la documentation fonctionnelle nécessaire au développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités.Examiner des flux opérationnels complexes et comprendre les interactions entre processus, systèmes et données.Concevoir, structurer et maintenir des modèles communs pour la gestion des processus et des informations.Participer à la définition de standards permettant d'harmoniser les pratiques de planification et de préparation de la production.Tester les nouvelles fonctionnalités ou évolutions apportées aux systèmes avant leur utilisation opérationnelle.Réaliser les contrôles et validations nécessaires avant la mise à disposition des nouvelles solutions auprès des utilisateurs.Accompagner les activités quotidien/iennes liées à la préparation du travail et à l'organisation de la production.Identifier les éventuelles difficultés rencontrées par les utilisateurs et contribuer à la recherche de solutions adaptées.Assurer l'interface entre les besoins opérationnels des équipes industrielles et les possibilités offertes par les outils numériques.Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes IT, ingénierie et production ainsi qu'avec les partenaires externes impliqués dans les solutions logicielles. ProfilVous êtes titulaire d'un Bachelor ou d'un Master dans un domaine tel que l'ingénierie industrielle, la mécanique, les technologies de production, les mathématiques ou dans une formation scientifique ou technique comparable.Vous possédez de solides capacités d'analyse et savez aborder des problématiques complexes de manier/ière structurée.Vous manifestez un réel intérêt pour les environnements de production, l'optimisation des processus et la transformation digitale.Vous êtes à l'aise avec les systèmes informatiques utilisés dans un contexte industriel.Vous êtes capable d'analyser des interactions complexes entre processus et données et de les traduire en solutions concrètes et exploitables.Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'organisation et d'autonomie dans votre travail.Une expérience avec un système PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) ou avec une solution logicielle industrielle comparable constitue un avantage.Une bonne maîtrise de l'allemand ou du français est demandée.
