Dans le cadre du développement des activités de Foyer Assurances, vous serez responsable de la gestion et du développement de la gamme des produits . Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes Marketing, Actuariat, Juridique, IT et Opérations afin d'assurer la performance, la conformité réglementaire et l'évolution continue des produits.Vos missions Définir les caractéristiques techniques des produits (garanties, options, exclusions, services associés).Veiller à l'adéquation des produits avec les besoins commerciaux, les objectifs de rentabilité et les contraintes opérationnelles.Assurer la gestion et l'évolution de l'ensemble de la gamme des produits .Pilotage de la performance des produits :Suivre et analyser la performance des produits sur l'ensemble de la gamme.Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et proposer les ajustements nécessaires.Contribuer à la création de valeur tout en garantissant la satisfaction des clients.Rédiger et mettre à jour les Conditions Générales des produits.Élaborer et maintenir les documents contractuels associés.Créer et actualiser les guides de souscription destinés aux parties prenant/antes internes et externes.Veiller au respect des exigences réglementaires applicables aux produits .Assurer la mise en œuvre effective des dispositifs réglementaires (IPID, procédure POG, etc.).Coordonner les évolutions nécessaires pour garantir la conformité de la gamme de produits.Coordonner la mise en œuvre informatique et opérationnelle des produits en collaboration avec les équipes IT et Opérations.Participer aux projets transverses liés à l'évolution des produits et des processus.Être force de proposition dans l'amélioration continue des offres et des méthodes de travail.Préparer et animer des formations à destination des équipes internes.Accompagner les intermédiaires sur les spécificités et évolutions des produits.Garantir la bonne compréhension des produits et des processus associés. Votre profil Diplôme supérieur à orientation économie, finance, juridique ou dans le domaine des assurances.Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans le secteur assurantiel, idéalement dans une fonction similaire.Une solide connaissance technique de l'assurance constitue un atout important.Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
