Le Service de Psychiatrie Infanto-Juvénile des Cliniques universitaires Saint-Luc recherche un(e) Psychiatre infanto-juvénile sous statut d'indépendant ou de salarié, à temps plein ou à temps partiel, pour le projet intégré multidisciplinaire (0,5 ETP), la pédopsychiatrie de liaison et les consultations générales. Une carrière académique est envisageable et soutenue. Le « Projet Intégré Multidisciplinaire » (PIM) se situe à l'interface de la santé physique et mentale avec une prise en charge bio-psycho-sociale assurée par une équipe de pédiatrie et de pédopsychiatrie. Celle-ci consiste en une version « renforcée de psychiatrie de liaison » grâce à sa multidisciplinarité accrue (5 disciplines), sa durée (15 jours) et son intensivité (entre 20 et 30 prises en charge).Des troubles à symptômes corporels sont abordés à travers des référentiels pédiatrique, psychiatrique, psychologique, éducatif et psychomotricien. Il s'agit principalement de troubles fonctionnels, de maladies somatiques complexes, de troubles des conduites alimentaires ainsi que des tentatives de suicide. Ces manifestations prennent place dans des contextes familiaux et scolaires difficiles et de psychopathologies individuelles. La prise en charge consiste à réaliser un bilan pluridisciplinaire suivi de l'amorce de travail thérapeutique qui permettent aux familles d'élargir la compréhension des symptômes du jeune à la lecture des différents facteurs bio-psycho-sociaux.- Vous êtes psychiatre infanto-juvénile ou obtiendrez ce titre dans le courant de l'année ;- Vous avez un intérêt pour une approche bio-psycho-sociale de l'enfant, de l'adolescent et de son entourage socio-familial ;- Vous êtes motivé(e) à diriger une équipe pluridisciplinaire ;- Vous avez éventuellement la volonté de contribuer à la recherche scientifique ou de réaliser une thèse de doctorat.
