Pour l'un de nos prestigieux clients, nous recherchons un/e Réceptionniste-Assistant/ante administrative Fr/En/De à temps partiel (h/f/d) du lundi au vendredi de h à h, habitué/e aux environnements exigeants et aux standards Premium : Référence PS-RECTRI- Votre profil : Vous êtes un-e professionnel-le de l'Accueil et de l'Hospitality,Vous êtes une personne fiable, flexible et ouverte d'esprit, avec l'envie et la motivation d'évoluer dans une société en pleine expansion et à la solide réputation,De nature sociable et souriant/ante, vous êtes à l'écoute de vos clients et des visiteurs que vous accueillez,Vous possédez d'ores et déjà une expérience significative dans l'accueil haut de gamme dans le secteur juridique ou financier,Vous parlez et écrivez parfaitement le français et l'anglais, maîtrisez l'allemand conversationnel ; toute autre langue est un atout,Vous maitrisez les outils informatiques usuels : Word, Excel, Outlook et Powerpoint. Vos missions : Vous serez l'Ambassadeur-drice de Privilege Services auprès de notre client,Votre mission consistera à accueillir avec les standards Premium de notre entreprise sur lesquels vous serez formé-e. Vos tâches consistent à : Accueillir et assister le client avec dévouement (accueil et téléphonique),Gérer les réservations de salles de réunions et de conférences,Préparer les salles de réunions et de conférences,Assurer les tâches relatives à l'hospitality,Traiter tout courrier entrant/sortant,Réaliser de nombreur/euses autres tâches administratives diverses, attribuées à la réception.
