Responsabilités MISSIONS : Assurer le standard téléphonique sur site. Gestion de l'accueil des intervenants extérieurs, visiteurs, fournisseurs et demandeurs d'emploi. Administratif :Classement et vérification de documents administratifsTraitement de différents documents administratifs, attestationsMise à jour quotidien/ienne de différents documents, tels que la liste téléphoniqueSupport traduction de divers documents dont les communications internes et les menus Accueil :Gestion du trafic : Recevoir, identifier et orienter les visiteurs, les clients, les fournisseurs ou les communications téléphoniquesAccomplir les formalités à l'arrivée et au départ des clientsTraitement du courrier entrant et sortant (tri, distribution, envoi)Traitement des e-mails entrants et sortants (tri, distribution, envoi)Gestion des salles de réunionGestion du parkingAssurer les prestations café/eau pour les visiteurs Autres :Gestion, commande et suivi des stocks communs et fournituresGestion, commande et suivi des équipements QHSE Compétences requises COMPÉTENCES TECHNIQUES :Formation de Bac à Bac+2, CFPA, BTS secrétariat,...Pratique courant/ante du français, du luxembourgeois et de l'anglais Maîtrise du Pack Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPointPrésenter une image positive de l'entreprise au niveau des premiers contactsS'exprimer de façon claire et conciseMémoriser les informations pour traiter rapidement les demandesAnticiper les besoins des visiteurs COMPÉTENCES PERSONNELLES :Excellente présentationBonne gestion du stressEnthousiasmeDynamismeDiscrétionConfidentialitéRéactivitéAdaptabilité En cas de recrutement, un extrait de votre de moins de 3 mois vous sera demandé.
