Vous souhaitez rejoindre une structure à taille humaine, dans un poste alliant relation client, coordination comptable et gestion juridique des sociétés ?Notre partenaire, une fiduciaire en pleine croissance recherche un Relationship Manager pour accompagner un portefeuille varié composé notamment de sociétés de titrisation.Au sein d'une équipe accueillant/ante, vous bénéficierez d'un environnement propice à l'autonomie, au partage de connaissances et au développement de vos compétences. Relationship Manager - Vos responsabilitésÊtre l'interlocuteur privilégié de vos clients, comprendre leurs besoins et coordonner les services nécessaires tout au long de la vie de leurs sociétés.Coordonner la constitution des sociétés et leur suivi juridique.Collaborer avec les équipes comptables et les conseillers fiscaux afin de revoir et valider les comptes annuels et les déclarations fiscales, tout en assurant le suivi des aspects juridiques et de conformité.Entretenir une communication fluide avec les banques, notaires et administrations publiques, et veiller à la mise à jour des dossiers clients.Participer à l'intégration et à la formation des nouveaux collaborateurs, en partageant votre expertise et en jouant un rôle de mentor.Relationship Manager - Votre profilVous disposez d'au moins trois ans d'expérience pertinente en fiduciaire.Vous maîtrisez couramment le français et l'anglais.
