Fort d'une expertise de plus de ans, BATIPRO MATERIAUX (ancien/iennement BATI C) est un des leaders sur le marché des matériaux de construction (bois, béton, isolants, quincaillerie, etc.) au Grand-Duché du Luxembourg.Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable d'agence pour piloter notre point de vente, animer une équipe et développer notre portefeuille clients (professionnels et particuliers).Votre mission : allier leadership commercial et gestion opérationnelle pour garantir la performance de l'agence, tout en incarnant les valeurs de proximité et d'expertise technique de notre enseigne. MISSIONS PRINCIPALES Management d'équipe :Encadrer, motiver et former une équipe de conseillers de vente et logistique (3 à collaborateurs.Organiser les plannings, fixer des objectifs individuels/collectifs et évaluer les performances. Développement commercial :Piloter le chiffre d'affaires de l'agence (suivi des indicateurs, reporting, actions correctives).Prospection active : fidéliser les clients existants (artisans, entreprises du BTP) et conquérir de nouveaux marchés.Négociation avec les fournisseurs et les clients (tarifs, conditions de paiement, contrats-cadres).Animation commerciale : opérations promotionnelles, salons professionnels, visites terrain. Gestion opérationnelle :Superviser les stocks (rotation, commandes, réapprovisionnement) et optimiser la logistique.Garantir la qualité du service client (accueil, conseil technique, SAV).Appliquer et faire respecter les procédures (sécurité, qualité, normes environnementales). Représentation de l'agence :Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des clients stratégiques et des partenaires locaux.Participer à des réunions commerciales et des formations produits. PROFIL RECHERCHÉ Expérience :Minimum 5 ans dans le négoce de matériaux de construction, dont 2 ans en management d'équipe (chef de rayon, adjoint de direction, responsable de point de vente).Expérience avérée en vente B2B (clientèle professionnelle) et en gestion de stocks/logistique.Connaissance des produits de construction ( Œuvre, Parachèvement, façade, isolation, étanchéité, quincaillerie) Compétences clés :Sens commercial aiguisé : capacité à développer un portefeuille clients et à conclure des ventes complexes.Leadership et charisme : savoir fédérer une équipe, inspirer la confiance (clients et collaborateurs).Rigueur organisationnelle : gestion des priorités, respect des délais, analyse des données (CA, marges).Autonomie et prise d'initiative : réactivité face aux imprévus (ruptures de stock, urgences clients) Langues :Français courant (obligatoire).Allemand professionnel (base impérative)Luxembourgeois, anglais ou portugais : un plus. Qualités humaines :Relationnel exceptionnel : aisance à l'oral, écoute active, diplomatie. : environnement dynamique avec des pics d'activité.Esprit d'équipe et sens du service.
