Dans le cadre de l'accompagnement de l'un de nos clients, une structure reconnue et solidement implantée au Luxembourg, nous recherchons un Responsable Financier. Vous occuperez une fonction transversale, avec pour objectif de garantir la fiabilité des informations financier/ières, d'améliorer les outils de suivi et de contribuer à l'optimisation des processus comptables et financiers.Missions Superviser la production et garantir la fiabilité des données comptables et financier/ières. Participer aux clôtures périodiques et à l'élaboration des reportings financiers. Analyser les résultats financiers et identifier les éventuels écarts. Contribuer à l'amélioration des outils de suivi et des indicateurs de performance. Participer aux travaux de consolidation et à l'harmonisation des méthodes de reporting. Assurer le suivi de la trésorerie et des prévisions financier/ières. Veiller au respect des obligations comptables, fiscales et réglementaires. Renforcer les procédures de contrôle interne et contribuer à leur amélioration. Identifier et mettre en œuvre des solutions pour optimiser les processus comptables et financiers. Collaborer avec les différents services et accompagner les équipes sur les sujets financiers. Assurer la coordination avec les partenaires externes (auditeurs, experts-comptables, conseillers fiscaux). Participer à différents projets visant à améliorer l'organisation et l'efficacité de la fonction Finance. Profil Diplôme supérieur en finance, comptabilité, gestion ou audit. Expérience significative dans une fonction financier/ière, en contrôle de gestion, audit, reporting ou contrôle financier. Solides connaissances en comptabilité, analyse financier/ière, consolidation et contrôle interne. Expérience dans un environnement structuré, ou impliquant plusieurs entités, au Luxembourg.
