La Fondation Félix Chomé cherche pour son logement encadré un(e) secrétaire ou agent administratif à temps plein pour une entrée immédiate ou à convenir. Tâches à effectuer :Réception et acheminement des appels téléphoniques ;Réception, tri et distribution du courrier et des courriels ;Copie, scan dossier technique, préparation étiquetage et archivage des dossiers ;Rédaction de divers courriers ;Accueil des visiteurs ;Personne de contact pour les partenaires et prestataires.Participation à la vie quotidien/ienne de la structure, notamment par des échanges, une écoute attentive et, le cas échéant, l'organisation ou l'animation d'activités favorisant le lien social entre les pensionnaires. Profil souhaité :maîtrise parfaite de la langue luxembourgeoise, française et allemande ;la maîtrise du portugais et de l'anglais sont des atouts ;très bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques (MS Windows ; MS Office) ;esprit d'initiative, flexibilité au travail, autonomie ;Excellentes compétences relationnelles, grande aisance dans le contact humain ;Personnalité très sociable, aimant le travail de proximité avec des personnes âgées et les échanges au quotidien.
