Axento cherche pour son service de Syndic avec entrée immédiate ou à convenir un(e) Technicien(ne) de Copropriétés & Suivi Terrain À propos d'Axento Axento est une société de gestion immobilier/ière et de syndic en pleine croissance, gérant plus de résidences et 2. appartements au Luxembourg.Afin de renforcer notre équipe technique, nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) de Copropriétés & Suivi Terrain pour assurer une présence régulier/ière dans nos immeubles et contribuer activement au suivi de leur bon fonctionnement. Vos missions Vous êtes les yeux d'Axento sur le terrain. Vous assurez le contrôle régulier de nos résidences, identifiez les anomalies et prenez directement les mesures nécessaires pour assurer leur résolution. Visites et contrôle des immeubles Contrôle des parties communes, parkings, locaux techniques et espaces extérieurs Identification précise des anomalies et dysfonctionnements Contrôle de la propreté et de la qualité des prestations Documentation des constats à l'aide de photos et de nos outils numériques Gestion et suivi des interventions Analyse des problèmes constatés sur place Prise de contact directe avec les prestataires et entreprises concernés Organisation et suivi des interventions nécessaires Relance des entreprises lorsque nécessaire Contrôle de la bonne exécution des interventions Suivi des dossiers jusqu'à leur résolution Suivi technique Accompagnement des entreprises et prestataires lors d'interventions sur site Participation au suivi de travaux et de dossiers techniques Réalisation de contrôles et relevés techniques Identification des situations nécessitant l'intervention du responsable technique Transmission claire et structurée des informations à l'équipe Profil recherché Expérience dans le domaine du bâtiment, de la maintenance, du facility management ou de la gestion technique immobilier/ière Très bon sens pratique et capacité à identifier rapidement une anomalie Esprit d'initiative et capacité à agir de manier/ière autonome Rigueur et attention aux détails Capacité à organiser et suivre plusieurs interventions simultanément Aisance dans les contacts avec les entreprises et prestataires Sens des responsabilités et des priorités Capacité à travailler aussi bien de manier/ière autonome qu'en équipe Compétences Français indispensable Luxembourgeois, allemand et/ou anglais constituent un atout Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et numériques Permis B indispensable Nous offrons Un CDI à temps plein Une fonction variée avec de réelles responsabilités Une grande autonomie dans l'organisation et le suivi des interventions Un environnement dynamique et en pleine évolution Une équipe à taille humaine Des outils numériques modernes pour le suivi des immeubles et interventions Des perspectives d'évolution dans le domaine de la gestion technique immobilier/ière
