POSTE Harry Hope accompagne l'un de ses clients : une entreprise familiale spécialisée dans le commerce de et de détail de peintures, de matériaux de construction, de revêtements et décorations des sols et murs, d'outillage et de carrosserie dans le recrutement d'un(e) Délégué(e) technico-commercial . Vous êtes un talent expérimenté et passionné, avec une belle expérience du commerce B2B dans le secteur du bâtiment, et vous souhaitez donner un nouvel élan à votre carrier/ière au sein d'une équipe de professionnels ? Discutons-en. VOS RESPONSABILITÉS ? Dynamiser votre portefeuille en développant et en fidélisant les clients et partenaires commerciaux. ? Mettre en oeuvre la stratégie commerciale en lien avec vos responsabilités. ? Assurer un service client de qualité et proposer des solutions adaptées. ? Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe commerciale pour garantir la réussite des projets et la performance commerciale. ? Suivre les tendances du marché et les évolutions du secteur. ? Analyser les indicateurs et mesurer la performance de votre portefeuille. PROFIL VOTRE PROFIL ? Expérience solide dans la vente, idéalement dans le secteur de la peinture, du bâtiment et de la construction. ? Compétences reconnues en négociation et en communication. ? Bonne connaissance du marché luxembourgeois. ? Sens du service, esprit d'équipe et autonomie. ? Diplômé(e) en commerce ou qualification équivalente. ? Maîtrise du français, bon niveau en allemand ; toute autre langue est un atout. ? Maîtrise des outils MS Office
