📌 El desafío

Estamos buscando un/a Senior Full Stack Developer para incorporarse al equipo de Engineering Enablement de una importante entidad financiera, con un esquema de presencialidad de entre 1 y 2 veces a la semana en su oficina en CABA.

El rol tendrá una fuerte orientación frontend, con foco en el ecosistema React, pero requerirá conocimientos Full Stack (especialmente en Node.js) para comprender y desarrollar soluciones end-to-end cuando sea necesario. La posición participará en la construcción y evolución de productos internos, librerías, herramientas y componentes compartidos, con el objetivo de estandarizar, acelerar y mejorar la forma en que los distintos equipos desarrollan aplicaciones web y móviles.

⚙️ Qué vas a hacer en el día a día

  • Desarrollar, mantener y evolucionar librerías, herramientas y componentes compartidos utilizados por múltiples equipos de desarrollo.
  • Participar en la evolución e integración del arquetipo tecnológico para proyectos React de la organización.
  • Evaluar e integrar nuevas versiones de frameworks y herramientas del ecosistema React, Next.js, Node.js y React Native.
  • Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones end-to-end cuando las necesidades de los productos internos lo requieran.
  • Colaborar en iniciativas de arquitectura frontend y mobile basadas en micro frontends, Module Federation y Re.Pack.
  • Participar en procesos de migración, modernización y actualización tecnológica de aplicaciones.
  • Evaluar y homologar nuevas versiones de librerías internas, asegurando su compatibilidad e integración entre proyectos.
  • Definir y optimizar prácticas de desarrollo, testing automatizado e integración y entrega continua.
  • Realizar revisiones de código y contribuir al cumplimiento de los estándares técnicos y de calidad.
  • Identificar y proponer mejoras en materia de performance, escalabilidad, mantenibilidad y seguridad.
  • Documentar decisiones técnicas, procesos, estándares y buenas prácticas para facilitar su adopción por parte de otros equipos.
  • Brindar acompañamiento técnico a los equipos que utilicen las solucione

🧠 Qué esperamos de vos

  • Experiencia sólida en desarrollo frontend con React y TypeScript.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo Full Stack dentro del ecosistema Node.js.
  • Experiencia avanzada con Next.js, preferentemente en sus versiones 15 o 16.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas modernas de compilación y desarrollo, como Turbopack y esbuild.
  • Experiencia en arquitectura de micro frontends y configuración avanzada de Webpack.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo de librerías, componentes compartidos, herramientas internas o plataformas para desarrolladores.
  • Experiencia en migración y modernización de aplicaciones frontend.
  • Conocimientos sólidos sobre optimización de performance web.
  • Experiencia implementando pruebas unitarias, de integración y end-to-end con Jest, React Testing Library y Cypress, o herramientas equivalentes.
  • Experiencia trabajando con pipelines de CI/CD mediante Jenkins o tecnologías similares.
  • Conocimiento de patrones de arquitectura y prácticas orientadas al desarrollo de soluciones escalables y mantenibles.
  • Experiencia en diseño, desarrollo e integración de APIs REST.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de gestión de estado como Redux, Zustand o similares.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Git y procesos de revisión de código.

  • Experiencia en desarrollo de aplicaciones con React Native.
  • Conocimiento de Module Federation con Webpack.
  • Experiencia implementando micro frontends móviles mediante Re.Pack y Module Federation.
  • Experiencia previa en organizaciones financieras o proyectos digitales de gran escala.
  • Experiencia trabajando con design systems, toolkits, librerías internas o ecosistemas tecnológicos compartidos.
