Sie arbeiten sorgfältig, behalten auch bei mehreren Gesellschaften den Überblick und möchten Ihre Erfahrung in der operativen Finanzbuchhaltung in einem internationalen Industrieumfeld einsetzen?

Unsere Kundin ist eine etablierte Schweizer Unternehmensgruppe mit Standorten im In\- und Ausland. Das Unternehmen ist in der Verarbeitung und im Handel hochwertiger Werkstoffe tätig und bietet ein stabiles, technisch geprägtes Arbeitsumfeld mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen.

Zur Unterstützung des Finanzteams am Hauptsitz in der Region Biel/Bienne suchen wir eine zuverlässige und engagierte Persönlichkeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung der Debitoren\- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung für mehrere Gruppengesellschaften
  • Verbuchung und Abstimmung der laufenden Banktransaktionen
  • Wöchentliche Aufbereitung und Kontrolle der Zahlungsströme
  • Verwaltung von Kreditlimiten und Unterstützung beim Risikomonitoring
  • Abstimmung mit internen Ansprechpartnern und externen Partnern
  • Mitarbeit bei Monats\- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Unterstützung bei der Vereinheitlichung und Optimierung von Finanzprozessen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leiter Finanzbuchhaltung und dem gesamten Finanzteam

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Weiterbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen, idealerweise mit Fachausweis
  • Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, vorzugsweise in einem industriellen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- oder Französischkenntnisse sowie gute Kenntnisse der jeweils anderen Sprache
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe IT\-Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Outlook
  • Kenntnisse von Microsoft Dynamics 365 sind von Vorteil
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit guten Kommunikations\- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten
