Senior SCM Business Systems Analyst ##

Our client, a pioneering global manufacturer headquartered in Switzerland, is transforming vision care with innovative implantable lens technologies used by patients worldwide. Operating a sophisticated, international supply chain, they rely on Oracle Fusion ERP at the core of their operations and are investing heavily in modernizing and optimizing their end-to-end Supply Chain (Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing). You will join a high-performing team where senior experts lead complex global solution design, define configuration standards, and deliver multiple application releases-backed by clear success stories of internal promotions into architecture and leadership roles.

Role Responsibilities ###

  • Own and enhance Oracle Fusion SCM solutions - Design, configure, and optimize Oracle Cloud SCM modules to support and improve the company-s end-to-end Supply Chain processes, ensuring systems align tightly with business goals.
  • Act as a strategic business partner - Collaborate closely with stakeholders across functions and regions, lead requirements gathering and process modeling, and champion best practices in change management and solution adoption.
  • Drive delivery excellence in a complex, global environment - Lead and coordinate testing cycles, manage defect resolution, support production, and oversee integrations with third-party and internal systems to keep a mature Oracle Fusion ERP landscape running smoothly.

Requirements ###

  • Experienced Oracle SCM professional - Bring 8-10 years of relevant experience with an undergraduate degree (or 6-8 years with a graduate degree) in IT, Industrial Manufacturing, or a related field, and extensive hands-on work with Oracle Cloud Applications or Oracle ERP in the SCM domain-an ideal foundation to take ownership of a global platform.
  • Proven multi-module and integration expertise - Demonstrate strong experience in at least two Oracle Cloud SCM modules (e.g., OM, PO, INV, Manufacturing, Planning, WMS, Fulfillment) and practical exposure to designing/configuring ERP applications and integrating them with third-party or homegrown systems, giving you the scope to shape robust end-to-end solutions.
  • Consulting-grade skills and functional depth - Leverage your background from a leading consulting firm or international company, your deep understanding of supply chain processes, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage complex configurations, testing, documentation, and stakeholder expectations, with occasional travel as needed.
