The posting

Nora kommun söker fritidsledare! Du kommer att arbeta på våra fritidsgårdar som ligger i Nora och Gyttorp och som har öppet 5 kvällar i veckan. Du kommer även arbeta med After School verksamhet för åldrarna 10-12 år i Allaktivitetshuset. Huvuduppgiften är att vara en trygg vuxen med fokus på relationer där du kommer vara delaktig i att bedriva en bra och utvecklande öppen fritidsgårdsverksamhet. Som fritidsledare i Nora är arbetstiden förlagd både dag och kvällstid. Arbetet sker främst på vardagar men helgarbete kan förekomma. Du kommer ingå i ett arbetsteam som består av 6 personer med egen enhetschef.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER Du ska kunna organisera och genomföra verksamhet både dag- och kvällstid och stötta ungdomar i deras sociala och personliga utveckling. I arbetet ingår att samverka med andra kollegor samt övriga samarbetspartners såsom, skola, socialtjänst, polis och civilsamhälle. Arbetet är omväxlande och sker i olika miljöer som på fritidsgårdarna i Nora och Gyttorp. Ungas fritid arrangerar även lovaktiviteter och lägerverksamhet. Oavsett aktivitet är relationsbyggande och ungdomarnas delaktighet i fokus.

KVALIFIKATIONER Fritidsledarutbildning eller annan utbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer som likvärdig.

B-körkort krävs

Vi vill att du har erfarenhet av relationsbyggande arbete med barn och unga. Vi ser att du gillar att arbeta tillsammans och är flexibel samt kommunikativ.

Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet.

Anställningsform: Tillsvidareanställning. Varaktighet: Tillsvidare, tillträde: 2027-01-18 Eller enligt överenskommelse.
