The posting

Gyttorp skola är en F–6-skola med 125 elever. Skolan är uppdelad i två arbetslag: skolan och fritidshemmet. Skolan ligger i ett bostadsområdestrax utanför Nora. Skolan har en skolträdgård som nyttjas avpedagoger och elever – en utomhusmiljö som bjuder in till kreativ, grönskande och upplevelsebaserad pedagogik. Vi har även närhet till både skog och vatten.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som lärare i fritidshem är det viktigt att du har lätt att samarbeta med övriga pedagoger, elevhälsan och rektorer. Du är trygg och engagerad i din roll, du kan se helheten och anpassa dig efter olika behov och situationer, samt bidra till en lugn och trygg skolmiljö för eleverna. Du har god kunskap om barns utveckling och lärande, samt förmåga att anpassa undervisningen utifrån gruppen och enskilda elevers behov och förutsättningar. Rollen innefattar dagligen många kontakter med vårdnadshavare och det är därför viktigt att du har förmågan att lyssna och kommunicera. Du har förmågan att entusiasmera och har ett kreativt tänkande samt planerar och leda aktiviteter utifrån Läroplan.

Tjänsten kan komma att innebära ett utökat ansvar där det finns goda möjligheter att kliva in i rollen som arbetslagsledare och ingå i skolans ledningsgrupp. Du får då chansen att leda dina kollegor och sätta din egen prägel på hur fritidshemmet ska formas för framtiden.

KVALIFIKATIONER Lärarlegitimation med behörighet att undervisa i fritidshem, alternativt behörighetsgivande examen som berättigar till legitimation.

Anställningsform: Tillsvidareanställning. Varaktighet:, tillträde: 2027-01-07 .
