Om stillingen

Vi søker fleksible og engasjerte tilkallingsvikarer som kan undervise og veilede deltakere i norskopplæring ved behov, for eksempel ved fravær og i perioder med økt aktivitet. Som lærer/veileder får du ansvar for å kartlegge og undervise deltakere på våre kurs, med mål om å forberede deltakerne til Norskprøven og styrke deres muligheter i arbeidslivet. Omfang og arbeidstid vil variere, og oppdrag kan oppstå på kort varsel. Du blir en del av et miljø preget av samarbeid, innovasjon og samfunnsengasjement.

Dine arbeidsoppgaver

  • Kartlegging av deltakere, inkludert nivåtesting.
  • Planlegging av undervisning for minoritetsspråklige deltakere.
  • Undervisning etter Læreplan i norsk for voksne innvandrere på nivå A1–B2.
  • Kontakt med NAV.
  • Utarbeidelse av planer, dokumentasjon og rapportering.

Kvalifikasjoner

  • Godkjent lærerutdanning, eller minimum tre års høyere utdanning med PPU og norsk (minimum 30 studiepoeng i norsk eller norsk som andrespråk).
  • Erfaring med norskopplæring for voksne innvandrere er ønskelig.
  • Det er en fordel om du har erfaring med relevante læringsverktøy.
