L’équipe derrière le génie

Sous la supervision du Directeur des finances et en étroite collaboration avec les contrôleurs, l’analyste financier joue un rôle clé dans le succès de l’entreprise. Il contribue activement aux opérations comptables, à l’analyse de la performance financière ainsi qu’au processus de production des états financiers.

Notre expertise est diversifiée, et vous ?

Clôture mensuelle

  • Participer activement aux activités de fin de mois en soutien au contrôleur corporatif ;
  • Préparer et analyser les conciliations et fichiers de fin de mois pour les postes de bilan (courus à payer, salaires et D.A.S., intercompagnies, etc.) ;
  • Analyser les comptes de résultats en lien avec les postes de bilan.

États financiers et analyse

  • Préparer et analyser les résultats financiers mensuels (écarts réel vs budget/prévisions) ;
  • Produire des tableaux de bord et des présentations financières destinées à la direction et aux comités ;
  • Participer à la préparation des états financiers trimestriels et annuels.

Budgets

  • Contribuer au processus budgétaire annuel ;
  • Participer aux mises à jour budgétaires ;
  • Soutenir et aider les gestionnaires dans le suivi de leur budget et l’analyse des écarts.

Audit

  • Participer à la préparation du dossier d’audit externe.

Autres responsabilités

  • Collaborer à divers projets financiers corporatifs (due diligence, intégrations, réorganisations, évaluations financières) ;
  • Fournir des indicateurs de performance sur demande ;
  • Contribuer au respect des contrôles internes et des politiques financières.

Nos incontournables

  • Exigences Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou en finances ; Titre CPA (un atout) ; Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience pertinente en entreprise ou combinaison équivalente ; Expérience en services professionnels (un atout). Compétences techniques Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit) La maîtrise de l'anglais est requise car le ou la candidat(e) sera appelé(e) à travailler avec des collègues et partenaires dont la langue de communication est l’anglais ; Maîtrise avancée d’Excel et bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office ; Expérience avec un ERP (ex. : Great Plains) et bonne compréhension de son fonctionnement. Compétences personnelles Esprit d’équipe et collaboration ; Rigueur, autonomie et souci du détail ; Excellentes habiletés de communication et relations interpersonnelles ; Capacité à interagir avec différents niveaux de l’entreprise.
