Le Centre d'excellence en Électricité, Instrumentation et Contrôle Industriel recherche un.e Chef d'équipe pour renforcer son expertise et assurer la coordination de son équipe.

Vous avez au moins 6 ans d'expérience dans le domaine industrielle et souhaitez passer à un rôle de leadership technique tout en restant opérationnel sur le terrain ? Cette opportunité est faite pour vous !

Votre impact au quotidien

Dans un équilibre entre technique (70%) et gestion (30%), vous jouerez un rôle central au sein de votre équipe :

✔ Encadrer et coordonner les membres de l'équipe, en veillant à leur efficacité et à leur développement professionnel ✔ Planifier et optimiser la charge de travail en collaboration avec les autres chefs d'équipe ✔ Faciliter la communication entre les différentes parties prenantes et assurer un suivi rigoureux des projets ✔ Renforcer la cohésion de l'équipe en maintenant un climat de travail positif et motivant ✔ Garantir la qualité et la sécurité des interventions, en supervisant les audits et inspections SST ✔ Participer au recrutement et à l'intégration des nouveaux talents ✔ Améliorer en continu les méthodes de travail et accompagner l'équipe dans leur adoption

✔Participer et diriger la préparation d'offres de service

✔Diriger et réaliser des projets d'ingénierie électrique chez des clients industriels

Nos incontournables

  • Diplômé.e en électricité, instrumentation ou contrôle industrielle (Baccalauréat en génie électrique)
  • Minimum 6 ans d'expérience en électricité industrielle
  • Expérience en coordination et gestion d'équipe
  • Connaissance des normes et réglementations électriques
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit)
  • Leadership naturel et capacité à mobiliser une équipe
  • Orienté(e) solutions et résultats
  • Esprit collaboratif et excellente communication
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes
  • Avoir le sens des affaires et de l'entrepreneuriat
  • Rigueur et discipline pour assurer des standards élevés de qualité et de sécurité
