Notre expertise est diversifiée, et vous ?

Vous intégrerez le centre d’excellence Réseaux routiers et serez responsable de mener à bien des projets stimulants dans le domaine du transport. Vous aurez à coordonner une équipe de professionnels engagés dans la réalisation de projets dont vous serez responsable. Votre expertise et votre personnalité entrepreneuriale seront nécessaires au développement de votre équipe et de votre secteur.

Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous aurez donc à :

  • Intervenir en tant que consultant auprès des clients et apporter votre expertise technique aux différents mandats ;
  • Superviser la préparation de plans et d’études de concepts, incluant l'établissement d’estimations de quantités et de coûts selon les méthodes établies ;
  • Participer à la préparation des offres de services ;
  • Être un joueur actif dans la réalisation de certaines activités reliées au développement des affaires ;
  • Coordonner et assurer un suivi sur l’avancement du travail effectué par les employés de votre équipe ;
  • Fixer les objectifs à atteindre et prescrire des délais à respecter ;
  • Participer activement à la réalisation de projets routiers ;
  • Préparer des plans et devis ;
  • Réviser des rapports techniques ;
  • Veiller au respect des standards de qualité et des normes de santé et sécurité en vigueur chez Norda Stelo.

Nos incontournables

  • Baccalauréat en génie civil ;
  • Membre en règle de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec ;
  • Posséder un minimum de 6 à 9 ans d’expérience pertinente dans la réalisation de projets d’infrastructures routières ;
  • Excellente maîtrise du français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (en raison de relations de travail régulières avec des fournisseurs ou partenaires dont la langue de communication est l’anglais) ;
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais (considérée comme un atout) ;
  • Maîtriser les logiciels de la suite Office et Microsoft Project ;
  • Posséder de solides aptitudes en gestion du temps et des priorités ;
  • Être reconnu(e) pour votre sens de « leadership » et votre capacité à mobiliser une équipe de travail ;
  • Être un bon communicateur et savoir maintenir de bonnes relations interpersonnelles.
