L’équipe derrière le génie

Relevant du Directeur de segment Métallurgie, le ou la responsable de bureau assure le rayonnement, le développement et la performance des activités de Norda Stelo dans la région de Sept-Îles. En parallèle, il ou elle agit à titre de gestionnaire de comptes stratégiques pour certains clients de la région.

Par son leadership, sa connaissance approfondie des clients et de l'environnement d'affaires régional, cette personne contribue directement à la croissance, à la rentabilité et au positionnement de Norda Stelo auprès de ses partenaires stratégiques.

Leadership régional

  • Soutenir la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de développement des affaires dans la région de Sept-Îles.
  • Contribuer au rayonnement de Norda Stelo auprès des clients, partenaires et acteurs socioéconomiques de la région.
  • Représenter l'organisation lors d'événements, activités de réseautage et initiatives locales.

Gestion de comptes stratégiques

  • Développer et maintenir des relations d'affaires durables avec les clients sous sa responsabilité.
  • Contribuer à l'atteinte des cibles de revenus et de marge associées à son portefeuille de clients.
  • Identifier les besoins émergents et les occasions de croissance chez les clients stratégiques.
  • Participer activement aux visites clients et aux démarches de développement de marché.

Performance et rentabilité

  • Analyser les conditions particulières d'exploitation du bureau et leur impact sur la rentabilité des projets.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes opérationnelles afin d'optimiser la performance des mandats.
  • Effectuer une vigie continue des opportunités d'affaires et des projets à venir dans la région.

Nos incontournables

  • Expérience en développement des affaires, gestion de comptes majeurs ou gestion d'équipes dans un environnement industriel.
  • Bonne connaissance principaux acteurs de la Côte-Nord.
  • Forte capacité à influencer, mobiliser et développer des partenariats d'affaires.
  • Excellente compréhension des enjeux de rentabilité et de croissance.
  • Aptitudes marquées pour la communication, la négociation et le réseautage.
  • Possibilité de poste en rotation
