Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung der Personaladministration, einschließlich Vertragsverwaltung, Personalaktenführung und -pflege, Erfahrung mit den Systemen personio / planerio wünschenswert
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Arbeitszeugnissen und anderen personalrelevanten Dokumenten
  • Bearbeitung von Ein- und Austritten sowie Änderungen im Beschäftigungsverhältnis
  • Erstellung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Buchhaltung
  • Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeiter:innen in personalrelevanten Fragen
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen sowie Mitarbeit bei der Einführung neuer Prozesse im Personalbereich
  • Unterstützung bei der Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeiter:innen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Personalsachbearbeitung, vorzugsweise in einem medizinischen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht, im Umgang mit gängigen Personalverwaltungssystemen und in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung (DATEV Lohn und Gehalt)
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Diskretion im Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (Mind. C-1 Level)
