Dine arbejdsopgaver

Som kontorassistent hos Nordbornholms Røgeri vil dine primære opgaver blandt andet være:

· Bogføring og løbende regnskabsopgaver

· Lønkørsel

· Administrative kontoropgaver

· Kundeservice og kontakt med kunder

· Diverse ad hoc-opgaver i forbindelse med den daglige drift

Vi forventer, at du

· Har erfaring med bogføring og regnskab

· Er struktureret og har sans for detaljer

· Er serviceminded og imødekommende

· Kan arbejde selvstændigt og tage ansvar for dine opgaver

· Har gode IT-kompetencer og har styr på Excel

· Har kendskab til Microsoft Dynamics 365, men det er ikke et krav
