Om stillingen

Som Solutions Consultant bliver du teknisk rådgiver og produktekspert for dansktalende kunder. Du hjælper kunder med at løse produktrelaterede og tekniske problemer og sikrer en professionel kundeoplevelse.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver vil være:

  • Fejlfinding på produktrelaterede problemer
  • Hjælpe kunder med tekniske løsninger og workarounds
  • Håndtere kundehenvendelser og support-tickets
  • Yde support på både dansk og engelsk
  • Arbejde 40 timer om ugen på skiftende vagter
