Nordisk Energiforskning är den nordiska energiinstitutionen under Nordiska ministerrådet med ansvar för forskning och policyutveckling på energiområdet. Nu söker vi en kreativ och självgående kommunikatör med särskilt fokus på webb.

Du delar din tid mellan Nordisk Energiforskning och Clean Energy Transition Partnership (CETP), ett internationellt partnerskap för forskning och innovation inom energiomställningen. Du kommer att arbeta med innehåll och utveckling av Nordisk Energiforsknings och CETP:s webbplatser, i nära samarbete med Nordisk Energiforsknings kommunikationsteam och CETP-teamet.

Vi söker en bred kommunikatör som kan göra komplex kunskap tydlig, tillgänglig och engagerande. Du är en skicklig skribent, har ett visuellt öga och förstår hur innehåll, struktur och användarupplevelse hänger ihop. Hos oss får du en varierad roll i en kunskapsrik och internationell miljö med kollegor från hela Norden och Europa.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

  • Arbeta med innehåll och utveckling av Nordisk Energiforsknings och CETP:s webbplatser.
  • Planera, skriva, redigera och publicera målgruppsanpassat webbinnehåll.
  • Utveckla webbplatsernas struktur och användarupplevelse tillsammans med kollegor och externa leverantörer.
  • Arbeta med SEO, AI-baserad sök och webbanalys för att öka innehållets synlighet och kontinuerligt utveckla webbplatserna.
  • Ta fram visuellt material och arbeta med layout och design för webb och andra kommunikationsprodukter.

Vi söker dig som

  • Har relevant högre utbildning och omkring fyra års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet inom kommunikation och webb.
  • Har god erfarenhet av redaktionellt webbarbete och WordPress.
  • Har erfarenhet av SEO, AI-baserad sök och webbanalys och kan använda data för att utveckla innehåll och användning.
  • Är en mycket god skribent och har erfarenhet av design och visuell kommunikation.
  • Är självgående, kreativ och strukturerad och kan driva uppgifter från idé till färdigt resultat.
  • Skriver och talar minst ett skandinaviskt språk (svenska, danska eller norska) samt engelska flytande.

Anställningen sker på norska villkor, inklusive medlemskap i den statliga norska pensionsordningen. Tjänsten är placerad i Oslo och vissa resor kan förekomma. Anställningen är tidsbegränsad till två år med möjlighet till förlängning i upp till ytterligare sex år enligt Nordiska ministerrådets riktlinjer. Statligt anställda i något av de nordiska länderna har rätt till tjänsteledighet för arbete på Nordisk Energiforskning.
