Vi är en nordisk samarbetsplattform inom social- och folkhälsoområdet och bidrar till nationellt utvecklingsarbete genom att utveckla, samla och sprida kunskap i Norden.Nu söker vi en seniorrådgivare till verksamhetsområdet barn och unga.Om uppdragetSom seniorrådgivare har du en central roll i att utveckla, samordna och förmedla kunskap som stärker välfärd, stödinsatser och tjänster för barn och unga i Norden. Du bidrar också till att skapa förutsättningar för lärande mellan länderna samt att etablera nordiska mötesplatser, nätverk och samarbetsprojekt.Dina arbetsuppgifter· utveckla, leda och genomföra projekt inom området barn och unga och vid behov bidra inom andra verksamhetsområden· planera och genomföra möten och evenemang· ta fram rapporter, kunskapsöversikter och annat underlag genom att sammanfatta forskning och nordiska erfarenheter· ansvara för budget, projektplanering, genomförande och rapportering· bidra till institutionens strategiska utveckling och till att synliggöra Nordens välfärdscenters arbete inom barn och unga.Din profilVi söker dig som har· relevant akademisk utbildning· gedigen erfarenhet av arbete med frågor som rör barn och unga, gärna från en politiskt styrd organisation eller nordiskt/internationellt arbete· dokumenterad erfarenhet av projektledning och budgetansvar· vana av att samarbeta med myndigheter, forskare och civilsamhälle samt aktörer från olika professioner och sektorer· engagemang, god initiativ- och samarbetsförmåga· erfarenhet av att skriva rapporter och kvalitetssäkra texter· förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift på ett skandinaviskt språk samt god engelskaDu är analytisk, strukturerad och trygg i att driva flera parallella processer i en nordisk och internationell miljö.Vi erbjuder· ett meningsfullt arbete i en nordisk och internationell miljö· en tidsbegränsad anställning på fyra år enligt Nordiska ministerrådets regler, med möjlighet till förlängning· möjlighet till distansarbete och förtroendearbetstidArbetet innebär resor främst inom Norden.
