Brænder du for at lave mad og skabe gode madoplevelser og bevæger du dig vant i det grønne køkken?

NORDHUS er Nordhavns nye kulturhus og samlingssted, hvor fællesskab, events og gastronomi skaber positiv forandring.

Vi søger kokke til faste vagter samt løbende eventafvikling i vores kulturhus. Køkkenet er en central del af huset og drives i tæt samarbejde med eventafdelingen, som året rundt finder på spændende arrangementer, hvor gastronomi og oplevelser går hånd i hånd.

Om stillingen

Som kok har du medansvar for den daglige madproduktion til både faste frokostgæster, langbordsmiddage og diverse events. Stillingen kræver derfor både høj faglighed og lyst til at arbejde kreativt og relationelt, og gerne have erfaringer fra grønne måltider.

Dine opgaver

Opgaverne vil blandt andet bestå af:

  • Assistere køkkenchefen med planlægning og tilberedning af velsmagende daglige måltider Arbejde aktivt med at minimere madspild og udnytte råvarerne bedst muligt Opretholde høje standarder for hygiejne og renlighed i køkkenet

Din profil

Vi søger dig, der:

  • Er uddannet kok eller har solid erfaring fra køkkenbranchen Har interesse for og gerne erfaring med det grønne køkken Arbejder struktureret, tager ansvar og bidrager positivt til samarbejdet Taler dansk og har gode kommunikative evner og menneskelig forståelse Trives med skiftende arbejdstider (morgen, aften og weekend)
