Als administratief medewerker boekhouding kom je terecht in een team van 9 personen die werken voor onze 7 juridische ondernemingen. In deze functie ondersteun je de collega’s door verschillende administratieve taken uit te voeren. Jouw takenpakket bestaat, voor de diverse entiteiten, grotendeels uit onderstaande taken: Betalingen, leveranciersbetalingen voorbereiden en uitvoeren, wekelijkse payment runs, statements controleren en afhandelen. Cash planning, saldi bewaken, tekorten/overschotten signaleren, interne transfers tussen de bankrekeningen. Leveranciersbeheer, beantwoorden van vragen van leveranciers i.v.m. betalingen, behandelen van aanmaningen alsook controleren van leveranciersgegevens en bijhouden van de leveranciersfiches. Reconciliatie, nakijken en opkuisen van de openstaande leveranciersposten, oude posten onderzoeken en verklaren/oplossen. Deze taken worden verder aangevuld met het inboeken van aankoopfacturen en andere administratieve taken. Requirements Wie ben jij?
