Ben jij een student met een passie voor reizen, planning en organisatie? Werk je graag gestructureerd en wil je ontdekken hoe groepsreizen achter de schermen worden georganiseerd? Dan is deze stage bij Beyond Borders iets voor jou! Tijdens deze stage krijg je de kans om actief mee te werken aan de voorbereiding en opvolging van onze groepsreizen. Je ondersteunt het team bij de dagelijkse organisatie en leert hoe reizen van A tot Z professioneel worden gepland en opgevolgd. Wat ga je doen? Je ondersteunt onze collega’s bij de organisatie van groepsreizen en krijgt stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid. Planning & administratie Ondersteunen bij het opmaken en controleren van reisprogramma’s Praktische gegevens verwerken (transport, verblijf, activiteiten) Administratieve dossiers helpen opvolgen: reservaties bij lokale partners en leveranciers Meehelpen bij het voorbereiden van nieuwe reisdata en edities Last minute wijzigingen praktisch ondersteunen Ondersteuning bij eenvoudig mailverkeer Transport & logistiek Ondersteunen bij de planning van busjes en transfers voor zomerbestemmingen Wijzigingen in planningen mee opvolgen Ondersteuning van reisbegeleiders en reizigers Mee opstellen van infobundels voor reisbegeleiders Praktische reisinformatie verzamelen voor reizigers Reisdocumentatie controleren en actualiseren Ondersteunen bij praktische vragen van reisbegeleiders Requirements Wie zoeken we? Je volgt een opleiding in toerisme, eventmanagement, office management, communicatie of een gelijkaardige richting. Idealiter kan je al zeker stage lopen tijdens de periode maart – mei 2027 Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd. Je bent administratief sterk en leert snel nieuwe systemen kennen. Je houdt ervan om verschillende taken tegelijk op te volgen. Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede basis Engels. Je bent enthousiast, leergierig en werkt graag samen in een team.
