Locatie tewerkstelling: Kantoor Herentals Periode: minimum 12 weken Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Een gevarieerd takenpakket afhankelijk van de noden en je voorkennis, waarbij het vooral gaat om het ondersteunen van het team in dagelijkse administratieve taken en verkoop. Je volgt je eigen klanten op van A tot Z waarbij volgende concrete taken horen: Verdiepen in een bepaalde bestemming die je zal verkopen. Klantencontact via mail, telefoon, video call, afspraken op kantoor. Opmaken van offerte. De klanten deze offertes bezorgen en ze hierover correct informeren. Alle vragen van de klanten correct beantwoorden. Boekingen correct ingeven in ons boekingssysteem om links te creëren en deze te bezorgen aan klanten die willen boeken. Na bevestiging van de klanten de reizen correct inboeken. Contact met de lokale partners wanneer nodig. Opvolgen van betalingen en facturen. Het tijdig in orde maken van de reisdocumenten voor de klanten. Feedback van klanten bekijken en verwerken. Naast het meedraaien in de dagdagelijkse verkoop kan je ook altijd helpen bij ons Flights Team of ons Back Office Team. Hierdoor kan je van ieder aspect binnen een reisorganisatie wat kennis vergaren. Requirements Wie ben jij? Je bent leergierig en bent niet bang om klanten te woord te staan Je bent vertrouwd met Office producten (Excel, Outlook) Je werkt heel nauwkeurig, kritisch en verantwoordelijk Je hebt voeling met ons aanbod en het profiel van onze klanten Je draagt klantvriendelijkheid, kwaliteit en oprechtheid hoog in het vaandel Je spreekt/leest goed Nederlands en Engels Benefits Wat bieden wij aan?
