Opmaken artikelen voor onze kennisdatabank over verschillende HR processen & informatie Logistieke ondersteuning bij trainingen zoals opvolgen van inschrijvingen, uitnodigingen versturen, beheren van onze opleidingstool… Opmaken & versturen feedbackformulieren Analyseren feedback Helpen bij het opmaken van de trainingskalender door het verzamelen van opleidingsnoden & het zoeken naar interessante opleidingen Nadenken en eventueel optimaliseren van het huidige onboardingsproces Updaten & eventueel opmaken van e-learnings Requirements Wie ben jij? Je studeert Human resources, bedrijfsmanagement of hebt een gezonde interesse om meer te weten te komen over Human resources. Je hebt organisatorische skills en de vaardigheid om met verschillende projecten tegelijk bezig te zijn of wilt hierin bijleren. Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
