Nordic Facility Partner søger en serviceminded og ansvarsbevidst kundeservicemedarbejder til vores team i Kirke Værløse.

Vi er en virksomhed i udvikling, og derfor søger vi en person, der har lyst til at blive en vigtig del af den daglige kontakt med vores kunder.

Dine arbejdsopgaver

Som kundeservicemedarbejder vil du blandt andet komme til at:

  • Besvare telefonopkald fra kunder
  • Besvare mails og kundehenvendelser
  • Booke kunder og aftaler
  • Følge op på tilbud
  • Hjælpe kunder med spørgsmål og sikre en god oplevelse fra første kontakt til afsluttet opgave
  • Hjælpe med forskellige administrative opgaver i hverdagen

Du vil have en central rolle i virksomheden og være en af de personer, vores kunder først kommer i kontakt med.

Hvem er du?

Vi stiller ikke en lang række formelle krav. Det vigtigste for os er, at du er imødekommende, stabil og har lyst til at yde en god service.

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Er god til at kommunikere med forskellige mennesker
  • Kan arbejde selvstændigt og tage ansvar
  • Er struktureret og kan holde styr på flere opgaver
  • Har en positiv indstilling og møder kunderne professionelt
  • Er komfortabel med telefon, mail og almindeligt computerarbejde

Tidligere erfaring med kundeservice, administration eller lignende er en fordel, men ikke et krav. Erfaring og løn går naturligvis hånd i hånd, og lønnen aftales derfor individuelt ud fra dine kvalifikationer og erfaring.

Arbejdstid

Stillingen er på fuldtid.

Arbejdstiden ligger som udgangspunkt mandag til fredag mellem kl. 09.00 og 17.00.

Arbejdspladsen er i Kirke Værløse.
