Nordic is looking for a senior healthcare leader with a strong clinical background who understands digital, the NHS, its pressures and what it takes to make meaningful change happen.
We’re looking for someone who can bring clinical credibility, NHS insight and strong relationships to help our clients tackle complex challenges, while playing a key role in growing Nordic’s UK healthcare business.
This is a client-facing leadership role with real commercial accountability. You’ll advise NHS leaders and help Nordic win and grow the work that follows.
This is an opportunity to use your experience in a different way. You’ll work alongside NHS clinical, digital and executive leaders, helping them navigate transformation, identify opportunities for improvement and connect their challenges with the right people, ideas and expertise.
What you’ll do
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across the NHS.
- Bring a strong clinical perspective to client conversations and engagements.
- Help clinicians and patients get the benefit of digital transformation, with a focus on safety, adoption and outcomes.
- Understand the challenges organisations are facing and help shape practical, valuable solutions.
- Bring your credibility and relationships to help clients solve real problems and open doors for Nordic.
- Identify, shape and help win new client opportunities, working with our UK leadership team to grow our presence across UK healthcare.
- Bring together Nordic’s clinical, digital, EPR and transformation expertise to deliver greater value for clients.
- Act as a visible ambassador for Nordic within the UK healthcare community.
- Help shape where Nordic goes next in the UK.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who combines clinical credibility with curiosity, relationships and commercial instinct.
You’ll ideally have:
- A clinical background with significant NHS experience.
- A strong understanding of the challenges facing NHS organisations and their leaders.
- Established relationships and networks across UK healthcare.
- Credibility with senior clinical, operational, digital and executive stakeholders.
- A passion for improving healthcare and helping organisations succeed.
- The confidence to develop new relationships and turn conversations into opportunities.
- Comfort with business development and being part of a growth agenda.
You don’t necessarily need to come from a traditional consulting background.
Your healthcare experience, relationships and ability to understand what clients need are what matter.
