Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft-Umgebung (Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory Domain Services, Entra ID)
  • Automatisierung von IT- und Anwendungsprozessen mithilfe von PowerShell, Bash, Python oder vergleichbaren Skriptsprachen
  • Einrichtung und Wartung von „Infrastructure as Code“ (Terraform, Bicep), einschließlich Versionierung und Bereitstellung über Azure DevOps oder Git(Hub)
  • Betrieb, Überwachung und Schutz der IT-Infrastruktur an Land und an Bord
  • Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung von Anforderungen aus den Fachabteilungen
  • Ursachenanalyse, Incident- und Problemmanagement im 2nd/3rd-Level-Support
  • Koordination externer Dienstleister und Softwareanbieter
  • Planung und Durchführung von Tests, Rollouts und Systemdokumentation
  • Mitwirkung an IT-Projekten im Bereich Infrastruktur, Cloud und Integration

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der IT-Administration, idealerweise in einer hybriden Microsoft-Umgebung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Azure und/oder Active Directory Domain Services
  • Sicherer Umgang mit mindestens einer Skript- oder Programmiersprache (PowerShell, Bash, Python oder ähnliches)
  • Erfahrung mit Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep) sowie mit Azure DevOps oder Git(Hub)
  • Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Selbstständiger, lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil und Freude an der Automatisierung wiederkehrender Aufgaben
  • Geschäftliche Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch

Folgende Erfahrungen sind von Vorteil:

  • Kenntnisse der maritimen Branche oder Erfahrung im Schifffahrts- bzw. Schiffsmanagement-Umfeld
  • Administrative Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision oder Business Central
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Schnittstellen (APIs, Webservices, Datenintegration)
  • Erfahrung mit RMM-, Backup- oder Überwachungslösungen
