Om Lawgent Lawgent är en modern juristbyrå för företag som verkar där juridik, AI, data och europeisk reglering möts. Vi arbetar med bland annat AI och data, GDPR, digital reglering, finansiell reglering och kommersiell juridik, och gör komplex juridik tydlig och användbar. Nu växer vi i hela Sverige. Du kan bo och arbeta var som helst i landet: vi arbetar digitalt och träffar klienter på plats när det behövs. Om rollen Du ser till att Lawgent vinner offentliga upphandlingar i Sverige. Du bevakar, väljer ut och besvarar upphandlingar inom våra affärsområden, som juridisk rådgivning, dataskydd, AI-reglering och juristkonsulter. Det här är en säljroll: varje vunnen upphandling är en affär. Det här gör du Bevakar upphandlingar och ramavtal hos myndigheter, kommuner och regioner

Bedömer vilka upphandlingar vi ska lägga anbud på

Skriver och sammanställer anbud tillsammans med jurister och konsultchef

Ser till att alla krav uppfylls och att anbuden lämnas i tid

Följer upp resultat och bygger relationer med upphandlande organisationer

Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet av offentlig upphandling, anbudsskrivning eller försäljning till offentlig sektor

Är noggrann, strukturerad och håller deadlines

Tar egna initiativ och har affärssinne

Talar och skriver svenska obehindrat och har god engelska

Det är meriterande om du Har kunskap om LOU

Har erfarenhet från juridik eller konsultbranschen
