POSITION SUMMARY

As a Dispensing Operator, you will be responsible for staging and dispensing of raw materials, cleaning dispensing area, while ensuring compliance with cGMP and SOP’s

Essential Function Statement(s)

  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Comply with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and other regulatory and Safety requirements.
  • Have complete understanding of all dispensing documentation (i.e., batch records, lot numbers, expiration dates, release dates).
  • Open bags, boxes and other containers to be dispensed.
  • Use scales to measure raw materials.
  • Weigh drums individually and all together to verify the weight.
  • Label all bags/containers appropriately with product name, lot, batch number, weight, etc.
  • Use a logbook to document product name, the amount of raw materials used, equipment used, etc.
  • Assist machine operators as needed.
  • Maintain safe work environment
  • Assuring use of raw materials to specifications
  • Assist in training as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
