Vi søger en Teamleder til vores produktion på nathold. Dette er en nøglestilling med ansvar for både medarbejdere og processer, du driver løbende forbedringer og sikrer, at produktionen forløber effektivt og optimalt.

Dine arbejdsopgaver:

  • Lede og motivere teamet samt udvikle medarbejdernes kompetencer, engagement og bidrag i tæt samarbejde med Production Supervisor.
  • Opbygge en psykologisk tryg og effektiv teamkultur, hvor medarbejdere tør sige deres mening og lever op til deres forpligtelser.
  • Sikre gode vagtoverdragelser og tydelig kommunikation med kolleger og Production Supervisor.
  • Overvåge og rapportere om performance, arbejdsulykker, nærved-hændelser og kvalitetsafvigelser
  • Som teamleder vil du indgår i produktionsteamet på vores nathold. Hakning, olieproduktion og indfrysning (arbejdet foregår ikke i kolde omgivelser) Justering, klargøring og fejlfinding på maskiner

Praktisk information:

  • Arbejdssted: Industrihøjen 1, 7730 Hanstholm
  • Arbejdstid: 12-timers vagter (19–7) primært mandag til torsdag
