Detta är ett uppdrag med krav på faktureringsmöjlighet, inte en anställning. Du behöver kunna fakturera för dina tjänster via eget företag eller annan faktureringslösning. Du arbetar helt på distans och har friheten att arbeta varifrån som helst. Hos oss samarbetar du med en engagerad och driven grupp som brinner för att skapa långsiktiga matchningar mellan företag och talanger. Du får en viktig roll i att hjälpa våra kunder att identifiera, attrahera och rekrytera rätt personer till sina team. Ansvarsområden Hjälpa våra kunder att hitta kvalificerade och motiverade kandidater. Säkerställa en professionell och positiv kandidatupplevelse genom hela rekryteringsprocessen. Ge kunderna hög service genom att vara proaktiv, lösningsorienterad och lyhörd för deras behov. Hålla rekryteringssystem, databaser och administration korrekta och uppdaterade.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Förstå kravprofilen och rekryteringsbehovet genom nära samarbete med kunden. Planera och genomföra uppstartsmöten för att lägga grunden för en effektiv rekryteringsprocess. Skapa och publicera träffsäkra jobbannonser i relevanta kanaler. Aktivt söka efter kandidater i Teamtailor, LinkedIn Recruiter och andra relevanta nätverk. Granska och välja ut kandidater att presentera för kunden. Stämma av kandidaturval med kunden och genomföra kompetensbaserade intervjuer. Säkerställa tydlig kommunikation genom hela processen.

Kravprofil Gedigen erfarenhet som rekryterare och vana att självständigt driva hela rekryteringsprocessen. Praktisk erfarenhet av intervjutekniker och utvärderingsmetoder. Vana vid att använda sociala medier, CV-databaser och professionella nätverk i rekryteringssyfte. Erfarenhet av Teamtailor är meriterande. Flytande engelska i tal och skrift. Möjlighet att fakturera för dina tjänster via eget företag eller annan faktureringslösning. Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och driva rekryteringsprocesser på distans.
