The posting

Hos Nordicals Sønderjylland har vi travlt.

Fra vores kontorer i Haderslev og Sønderborg dækker vi primært Sønderborg-, Aabenraa-, Haderslev- og Tønder Kommune, og vi søger en udadvendt person til at varetage salgs-, udlejnings-, og kommissioneringsopgaver med hovedopgave at dække Sønderborg kommune. Vi søger derfor endnu en dedikeret erhvervsmægler til vores team.

Dine kvalifikationer

Fagligt vil du opnå indsigt i det kommercielle ejendomsmarked. Du skal have et stort drive og brænde for at gøre en forskel for vores kunder, der spænder meget bredt fra den lokale erhvervsdrivende til investorer.

Vi forventer at du er selvstændig, ansvarsfuld og struktureret.

Kommer du med det rette drive og den rette faglighed, kan du se frem til et spændende og udfordrende job med gode muligheder for at udvikle dine kompetencer og udvide dit netværk inden for ejendomsbranchen. Det forventes derfor også, at du er en holdspiller, der bruger din egen erfaring og faglighed til at løfte hele teamets niveau gennem daglig dialog og videndeling.

Ideelt er du i dag erhvervsmægler, boligmægler eller har anden relevant erfaring fra ejendomsbranchen. Alternativt har du arbejdet med salg og med struktureret pleje af kundeportefølje.

Du får din base på vores kontor i Sønderborg, hvor du bliver en del af hele holdet i Nordicals Sønderjylland.
