Als Legal Counsel (m/w/d) bist Du bei der Van Mossel Dealer Holding Germany SE & Co. KG angesiedelt und berätst als Generalist:in und unterstützt in dieser Funktion alle drei deutschen Handelsgruppen – Löhr-Gruppe, Hugo Pfohe und Nord-Ostsee Automobile – in rechtlichen Fragestellungen des operativen Tagesgeschäfts. Dabei berichtest Du an den Legal Counsel Germany und arbeitest eng mit den Fachbereichen der einzelnen Handelsgruppen sowie mit externen Rechtsberatern zusammen und trägst aktiv zum Aufbau eines einheitlichen Compliance- und Governance-Rahmens über alle drei Standorte hinweg bei.

Das ist dein Auftrag

  • Als Generalist:in verantwortest ein breites rechtliches Aufgabenfeld, das von Compliance und Governance bis zur rechtlichen Beratung des Unternehmens reicht
  • Du wirkst am Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unseres Compliance-Management-Systems mit und unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Kommunikation von Compliance-Richtlinien
  • Du berätst zu Themen wie Antikorruption, Hinweisgebersystem, Interessenkonflikte und interne Vorgaben und unterstützt bei internen Prüfungen und Risikoanalysen
  • Du bearbeitest eigenständig rechtliche Fragestellungen im operativen Tagesgeschäft und erstellst, prüfst und überarbeitest Verträge und rechtliche Dokumente
  • Du arbeitest eng mit externen Rechtsberatern zusammen und beobachtest relevante gesetzliche Entwicklungen, um daraus Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit rechtlichem Schwerpunkt, z. B. als Volljurist (m/w/d), Bachelor Wirtschaftsrecht, LL.M. oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Unternehmensumfeld, in einer Kanzlei oder Beratung mit Schwerpunkt Compliance, Wirtschaftsrecht oder Vertragsrecht
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe rechtliche Fragestellungen verständlich aufzubereiten und praxisorientierte Lösungen für interne Fachbereiche zu entwickeln
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
