Vi har en klassificeret introduktionsstilling i kirurgi til besættelse fra den 1. februar 2027 eller efter aftale.

Vi søger en kommende kirurg med høj faglighed, dedikation, flair for kommunikation, samarbejde og socialt engagement til vores afdeling, som har stort fokus på uddannelse. Vi vægter erfaring med kirurgi, relevante kurser og/eller forskningsaktivitet.

Om afdelingen Kirurgisk afdeling er en gastroenhed, der kombinerer gastro-kirurgi og gastro-medicin. Vi har 3 sengeafsnit med ca. 60 senge, ambulatorier, endoskopiafsnit og dagkirurgi. Vores kirurgiske fagområder inkluderer akutkirurgi, kolorektalkirurgi og endoskopi.

Vi arbejder målrettet med omsorg og omhu for at udvikle vores kvalitet, både patientoplevet og fagligt. Vi har patientforløbsbeskrivelser, hvor medinddragelse af patienter og pårørende, ventetider, effektivitet og høj faglig kvalitet er i fokus.

Vagtforhold Vagten er 8-skiftet med tilstedeværelse. Som introduktionslæge vil du som regel være tilknyttet mellemvagts-laget, afhængigt af dine kvalifikationer. Derudover er der to bagvagtslag bestående af henholdsvis 1. reservelæger/speciallæger og overlæger.
