Als Strategie- und Kreativagentur für Wissenschaft und Gesellschaft gestalten wir mit unseren Auftraggeber:innen sozialen Impact. Wir beraten Forschungseinrichtungen, Hochschulen, Stiftungen, NGOs, Kulturorganisationen und Ministerien dabei, sich neu aufzustellen, klarer zu positionieren und wirksamer zu kommunizieren. Unser Anspruch lautet: Für eine konstruktive Gesellschaft. Daran orientieren wir, welche Projekte wir annehmen.

Wir arbeiten entlang von drei Feldern, die wir TIK nennen:

  • T — Transformation: Strategieentwicklung, Organisationsberatung, Zukunftsprozesse. Unser wachsendes Kerngeschäft.
  • I — Identität: Positionierungen, Marken und Designsysteme, die auf einer gelebten Haltung beruhen.
  • K — Kommunikation: Kampagnen, Storytelling, digitale Auftritte, die die Strategie sichtbar machen.

Wir entwickeln uns weiter — Beratung, Transformations- und Strategie-Arbeit werden immer stärker zu unseren Schwerpunkten.
